Use it kindly
Don't use Wishesapp to harass anyone, impersonate a person, business or government body, collect passwords or payment details, spread hate, or share content that isn't yours to share.
Your content
You keep the rights to your words and photos. You let us store and display them so your card works.
Removal
We may remove cards that break these rules or that people report, without notice.
Premium (paid)
Premium is an optional, one-time upgrade for one card, for ₹29 (we show the price before you pay; it may change for future purchases, never for one you already made). It removes the “Made with Wishesapp” line, keeps the card online without the 30-day limit for free cards, and turns on the extras you added to that card: background music, your voice message and up to 3 photos. It is digital and unlocked at once on the same link; nothing is shipped.
Payments are handled by Razorpay. We receive the payment id, amount and status, never your card number, UPI PIN or bank login.
“Keeps forever” means for as long as Wishesapp runs. If we ever have to close, we will say so at least 30 days ahead on this site.
Premium does not change the rules above: a Premium card that breaks them can be removed, without a refund. Refunds otherwise follow our refund and cancellation policy.
Story pages (AI)
A story page is a separate paid product. You write a short brief (and may add photos); an AI model drafts the page from it. You can preview and change the draft before paying, and nothing is published until you pay. After payment the page goes live at a /p/ link and you can make up to 20 more edits with AI. The price is shown before you pay.
AI output can be wrong, odd or not what you pictured. We do not guarantee any result from the AI, so check the page before you share it. You are responsible for what you publish.
The rules above apply to your brief and your photos too. Use only photos you have the right to use, and do not ask for content that breaks the rules. We may refuse a brief, or remove a page, that breaks them.
A published page stays online for as long as Wishesapp runs (see “Keeps forever” above). Anyone can report a page with the Report button on it, or by writing to us with its link. We may take a reported page down at any time, and may remove a page that breaks these rules without a refund. Other refunds follow our refund and cancellation policy.

आपकी सामग्री
आपके शब्द और फ़ोटो आपके ही रहते हैं। कार्ड चलाने के लिए आप हमें उन्हें रखने और दिखाने की अनुमति देते हैं।
हटाना
जो कार्ड इन नियमों को तोड़ें या जिनकी शिकायत हो, उन्हें हम बिना सूचना हटा सकते हैं।
प्रीमियम (पेड)
प्रीमियम एक कार्ड के लिए वैकल्पिक, एक बार का अपग्रेड है, ₹29 में (भुगतान से पहले कीमत दिखाई जाती है; आगे की ख़रीद के लिए बदल सकती है, पर पहले की गई ख़रीद के लिए कभी नहीं)। इससे “Made with Wishesapp” की लाइन हटती है, कार्ड मुफ़्त कार्ड की 30 दिन की सीमा के बिना चालू रहता है, और उस कार्ड में जोड़ी गई ख़ास चीज़ें चालू होती हैं: पीछे हल्का संगीत, आपकी आवाज़ में संदेश और 3 फ़ोटो तक। यह डिजिटल है और उसी लिंक पर तुरंत चालू होता है; कुछ भेजा नहीं जाता।
भुगतान Razorpay संभालता है। हमें सिर्फ़ पेमेंट आईडी, रक़म और स्थिति मिलती है, आपका कार्ड नंबर, UPI PIN या बैंक लॉगिन कभी नहीं।
“हमेशा” का मतलब है जब तक Wishesapp चलता है। अगर कभी बंद करना पड़ा, तो कम से कम 30 दिन पहले इस साइट पर बताएँगे।
प्रीमियम से ऊपर के नियम नहीं बदलते: नियम तोड़ने वाला प्रीमियम कार्ड बिना रिफ़ंड हटाया जा सकता है। बाक़ी रिफ़ंड हमारी रिफ़ंड और रद्द करने की नीति के हिसाब से होते हैं।
स्टोरी पेज (AI)
स्टोरी पेज अलग, पेड प्रोडक्ट है। आप एक छोटा ब्रीफ़ लिखते हैं (और चाहें तो फ़ोटो जोड़ते हैं); AI मॉडल उससे पेज का ड्राफ़्ट बनाता है। भुगतान से पहले आप ड्राफ़्ट देख और बदल सकते हैं, और भुगतान तक कुछ भी प्रकाशित नहीं होता। भुगतान के बाद पेज /p/ लिंक पर चालू होता है और आप AI से 20 और बदलाव कर सकते हैं। भुगतान से पहले कीमत दिखाई जाती है।
AI का नतीजा ग़लत, अजीब या आपकी सोच से अलग हो सकता है। हम AI के किसी नतीजे की गारंटी नहीं देते, इसलिए शेयर करने से पहले पेज देख लीजिए। आप जो प्रकाशित करते हैं उसकी ज़िम्मेदारी आपकी है।
ऊपर के नियम आपके ब्रीफ़ और फ़ोटो पर भी लागू होते हैं। सिर्फ़ वही फ़ोटो इस्तेमाल करें जिनका आपको हक़ है, और नियम तोड़ने वाली सामग्री न माँगें। नियम तोड़ने वाले ब्रीफ़ को हम मना कर सकते हैं और पेज हटा सकते हैं।
प्रकाशित पेज जब तक Wishesapp चलता है तब तक ऑनलाइन रहता है (ऊपर “हमेशा” देखिए)। कोई भी पेज पर दिए “शिकायत” बटन से, या उसका लिंक हमें लिखकर, शिकायत कर सकता है। शिकायत वाला पेज हम कभी भी हटा सकते हैं, और नियम तोड़ने वाला पेज बिना रिफ़ंड हटाया जा सकता है। बाक़ी रिफ़ंड हमारी रिफ़ंड और रद्द करने की नीति के हिसाब से होते हैं।
कोई गारंटी नहीं
हम कार्ड हमेशा चालू रखने की पूरी कोशिश करते हैं, पर इसका वादा नहीं कर सकते।
